Browsing the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each of the provisions set out in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Access and Registration

9. Modifications

JUMBO reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and contents of the Website, as well as the terms of this Legal Notice. Any change takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective. The remainder shall remain in force and the affected provision shall be deemed not to have been included.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of [CITY], with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
